DSAs honour exceptional service providers

Debswana outgoing Managing Director, Blackie Marole, has said the annual Diamond Service Awards (DSA) supports the national campaign to lure investors into the country, champion the brand and promote a higher standard of service delivery.

He said that hospitality and service culture are the key to  attaining a flourishing tourist industry.Speaking at the recently held 4th annual DSA, Marole congratulated the honoured men and women who have been rewarded and recognised and said they have demonstrated exceptional excellence and shown passion which goes hand-in-hand with the Debswana 'Be Passionate' value.  

He said that the DSA are inspired by the pride of Botswana which are the diamonds of this country. Marole pointed out that diamonds have sustained Botswana's economy and are the most valued asset in our nation today. He said the nominees have achieved monumental milestones in their careers and were nominated for their vision, creativity, drive  and enthusiasm  to do their jobs well and exceed  customers' expectations.
