DiamonEx To Sell Major Stake In Bots Subsidiary

Junior diamond exploration company DiamonEx will sell 80 percent stake in its subsidiary DiamonEx Botswana Limited(DBL) to Fleming Asset Management Botswana (FAMB), the company has announced.

Company secretary Paul Crawford last Friday said in a statement that they have finalised the key terms of a conditional agreement for the sale of 80 percent of the shares in Diamonex Botswana Limited to  FAMB, which is  acting for DiamonEx Convertible Bond Holders.

DiamonEx will retain a 20 percent interest in the subsidiary, while also transferring its diamond exploration tenure, in Colorado, in the United States of America (US), to buyers.
