Despite loss Oseg happy with nomination

The Chief Executive Officer for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company the Oseg Group, Majakathata Pheko, says although his company did not win the most prestigious contact centre award at the recent European CCF Awards, he is proud of getting far in the competition.

The Oseg Group was recently nominated alongside other large African, Asian and American BPO companies for the CCF European Call Centre Awards under the category of Best Non-European Call Centre of the Year (2007).

Some of the nominees are global leading outsourcers with a seat capacity of over 1,000 agents.
