Dell launches Pro-Support services in Botswana

Multinational computer technology corporation, Dell launched the Pro-Support service in Botswana yesterday. The firm's director of service John Renolds revealed that Pro-Support encompasses Dell's industry leading technical support, Dell spare parts network and Dell certified field engineers in Botswana.

He said the launch is a result of significant transformation at the company in Botswana through the advancement of support and technical expertise with around-the-clock telephone diagnosis, local Dell-owned parts inventory and on-site service delivered by the firm's certified service partners.

"Our customers here will now get all the benefits of Dell's Pro-Support service in the exact same manner as customers in Europe and the US. These services will mostly provide expert support for our customers' environments with various response options for spare parts delivery and on-site engineering resources," he said.
