Experts have said the guidelines and rules, which are enshrined in the Authority's Act, are important in creating transparency and giving businesses a practical means of compliance.The team of two consultants will develop a draft of the guidelines and rules, which the Authority will use for a public consultation exercise before effecting the standards.Speaking to Mmegi Business last week, the consultants said the guidelines and rules to be produced would be sensitive to Botswana and local business conditions.
