Choppies to create 80 jobs in Tutume village

FRANCISTOWN: One of the country's fastest growing retail supermarket Choppies will create 80 jobs in Tutume when it start operations in the village on July 27, the store's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ramchandran Ottapath made the disclosure in an exclusive interview last week Friday.

Among the 80 employees will be the top management and individuals in the lower level of the organisation's structure, Ottapath has said.

"More than 60 percent of the individuals who will be employed at the new store will be mostly locals (Tutume residents).
