Entrepreneur, Solomon Dipholo says he is a true example of the business success stories that bear testimony of the potential of Citizen Entrepreneurial Development Agency (CEDA) initiatives.

In a recent interview, Dipholo who owns Disolis Building and Civil Construction proudly told The Monitor Business that through help from CEDA he has built a company from nothing but now employs about 60 people. “I am a civil engineer by profession, had a permanent job at Botswana Meat Commission (BMC) until the time when I realised that I needed a fresh challenge.

After resigning, I assessed Lobatse wondering what businesses can be sustainable here. It was then when I realised that there was lack of sand.” Said Dipholo
