Botswana Stock Exchange to move

In a deal negotiated by Stocker Fleetwood-Bird on behalf of Wharic Construction, the Stock Exchange shall be housed in a new 1000m2 office development alongside other leading names in the financial services industry.

The construction will commence on site this month. "The premises have been specifically designed around the present and future needs of the Botswana Stock Exchange. We have done a similar deal for Investec, which will also be housed in a new building by the end of 2007," said William Stocker.
