BNPC unveils tourism solutions

MAUN: The Botswana National Productivity Centre (BNPC) has introduced tailor-made solutions to help the tourism sector achieve maximum growth, the organisation's Information Research Services manager, Dr Phumuzile Thobokwe has said.

The products are Phetogo Methodology, which targets to instil productivity in private tourist enterprises and customer service solutions aimed at changing the mindset of employees for improved customer service.

Thobokwe said this is to address a dim reality that the Botswana's tourism and travel went down by 12 positions in competitiveness rankings between 2009 and 2011.
