BLIL makes life easier for affluent customers

As part of providing efficient customer service, Botswana Life Insurance Limited (BLIL) has launched Affluent Customer Service Centre, which is said to be in touch with the demands of the modern-day customer.

Through the service which is said to be first of its kind in the country, customers will be serviced on their doorsteps, without them going to BLIL offices to get any kind of service. 

Speaking at the launch this week, the permanent secretary to the President Carter Morupisi said by virtue of the service being the first of its kind in the country reaffirms that indeed the long term insurer is committed to their customers.
