BIHL paid out P690m last year

MAUN: Botswana Life Insurance Limited (BIHL) paid out P690 million to its clientele countrywide in benefits and claims in 2010.

Speaking at a client forum at Maun Lodge here yesterday, BIHL's Chief Executive Officer, Catherine Lesetedi-Letegele, said the company had stayed afloat in its mandate of adding value to life and providing solutions to life's challenges despite the recession.

The forum, which was themed: 'The Journey Begins With Me', was part of a road show BIHL held in Ngamiland to interact with clients and business partners and to get a feedback on its services in the district.
