Batswana bullish about economy's future - report

Botswana is among emerging economies that believe their future looks bright as the global economy recovers from the global recession, according to the Grant Thornton International Business Report 2010.

A balance of 57 percent of privately held businesses (PHBs) in 14 of the world's leading emerging markets indicated that they were optimistic about prospects for their country's economy in the year ahead. Chile (85 percent), India (84 percent), Vietnam (72 percent) and Brazil (71 percent) are only separated by Australia (79 percent).
