Dear Gaone Please keep my identity anonymous. I am a middle aged woman who is about to get married. I own a few properties and my partner owns same. My man wants us to get married out of community of property. My innermost circle believes that our marriage to be, is headed for the drains. They proffer that a marriage out of community of property is a red flag that your partner does not truly envision the future in its entirety with you; a view that I have always held personally and still hold with regard to marriage out of community of property.
