Zeus escapes eviction by a whisker

Botswana's representative in M-Net's reality show Big Brother Africa Amplified (BBAA) Heads house Game Bantsi, popularly known as Zeus, escaped eviction by a slim chance as Ghana's Confidence was sent packing on Sunday.

The 37-year-old had only one vote from her country, but so did Zeus and Weza (Angola). The three contestants tied with one country-popularity vote each. In such a case the rules of the game stipulate that the contestant with the lowest average percentage votes across Africa will be voted out. Confidence received less votes than Weza and Zeus, and was thus evicted. Weza received the second least votes and was thus sent to the Tails house.

How Africa voted:
*Confidence - one vote (Ghana);
*Hanni - three votes (Ethiopia, Malawi, South Africa);
*Millicent - two votes (Kenya, Uganda);
*Vimbai - five votes (Zimbabwe,Tanzania, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia);
*Vina - two votes (Nigeria,Rest Of Africa);
*Weza - one vote (Angola); and
*Zeus - one vote (Botswana).
