Why Mercy changed her style

It is easy to mistake Mercy's (full name Mercy Magodi) voice in her new album for Slizer's (Naledi Kaisara). Quite frankly a good number of people who have seen the disco musician doing it on stage have often found themselves asking, "is she singing Slizer's songs?"

But as they say music has to go through transitions and good musicians are often identified by their signature sound and "move with times".

This could be the reason for Mercy's little diversion, but there is no denying that Slizer's influence musically has been immense. She is a young woman who inspires others musically.
