Top artists mount 'Surprise Surprize' exhibition

"Surprise Surprise", an art exhibition by some of the country's seasoned artists, opened at Thapong Visual Arts Centre on Tuesday.

Some of the artists who are exhibiting are the who-is-who of the country's art industry.  The exhibitors include Ann Gollifer, Abel Manatsha, Kentse Bogatsu, Uhuru Kgope, Veryan Edwards, Ngozi Chukura, Moratiwa Molema, Modirwa Kekwaletswe, Vivek Karmokar, Inga Ritter, Barnabas Nduzo, Sheperd Nduzo and Steve Jobson.  Some of these artists have made a tremendous impact on the art scene with spectacular exhibitions and performances.

Just recently, Gollifer had a stunning exhibition at the opening of the new Linnaeus Gallery in Gaborone.  This was followed by Bogatsu's beautiful collection of paintings in the same gallery at the Sanitas Gardens.
