The Shakedown selects 10 finalists

Scheduled to hit the local silver screen soon, the show will take place in front of a live audience, with weekly eliminations conducted through a public vote.

Dance Maniacs, Tha Toddlerettes, Sickr-oflex, Looney Tunes, Feros 5, TNT Dance Crew, Flexyville, Jika Jive, TIA Dance Crew and Freakazoid BW made it to the top 10. The acts will be required to battle it out in weekly challenges until one is crowned the best dance crew in Botswana. The winning crew will pocket P25,000 and will appear in a local music video. The producer of the show, Kow Samman told Showtime that in selecting the top 10 they looked at variables such as creativity, attire, flexibility, uniqueness, difficulty and stage presence.
