Tablers raise P20 000 for needy family

Gaborone Round Table Club 64 in collaboration with Old School legends on Friday hosted a fund-raising event at the Fairground Pavilion Restaurant to raise money for a needy family.

According to show organisers, patrons came out in large numbers to support their cause adding that the turnout was a demonstration of the people's commitment to make a difference to the lives of the underprivileged.

Spokesperson Solly Mmokele said the event dubbed 'Back2airsport Digongz' brought together Botswana's finest DJs like DJ Sid, Juicy, Dolphus, Bush, Peter T, Tshypidy and Bogie Man with music from the '90s. The DJs set the dance floor ablaze from the onset with the revellers rocking to the music the moment they entered the Pavilion restaurant.
