Stika Sola to release eighth album

Just as people were starting to ask questions about his whereabouts, wondering if he had retreated to a cattle post somewhere in Maun, he resurfaced with a sizzling album.Stika Sola is due to release his new album, Tjitjino, early in December as he is looking to rekindle the magic that made him such a household name early in his career.

One of the pioneer recording artists in Botswana, Stika Sola played a crucial role in the development of the music industry. He has inspired many other musicians whilst instilling a sense cultural pride amongst many Batswana through his traditional music and dance.
