Selebi-Phikwe college wins theatre competition

FRANCISTOWN: Selebi-Phikwe Technical College scooped position one at the annual inter-colleges theatre competitons, held in Francistown over the weekend.

Kgatleng Brigade came in second while Botswana Accountants Collegie (BAC) Francistown came in third position.

The theatre competition was sponsored by Francistown Knitters, Trident Wholesalers, FCTVE, Century Office Suppliers, City Caterers, Councillor Meshack Matsheka and Dr. Nfila as well as Setlalekgosi CJSS for the participants' accommodation.  The theme of the theatre presentations was HIV and Youth. This was the message sent by the tertiary students who participated in the inaugural Creative Arts Schools Theratre Competition, which took place on Saturday at the Francistown College of Technical and Vocational Education (FCTVE).
