Life has not been easy for Kago Setshogo as his journey in the entertainment industry has been marred by ups and downs.

However, he has not allowed challenges to deter his ambitions.  One can immediately tell that radio is his passion, as his eyes light up when he speaks about his presenting job.  Setshogo considers himself a strong and resilient individual who is living his dream. Many will remember him from the time he presented 'Meribo', a music show that aired on Botswana television a few years ago.  "My career started in television when I auditioned for Meribo and I landed the job, which I held for three years as soul music presenter," he explains.

Born in 1985 in Molepolole, Setshogo grew up as a confident child who could stand in front of a crowd and perform.  It was in his junior high school days where he discovered social clubs like debate, that contributed to building his self-confidence.  "I won many awards, some for best speaker and some for outstanding overall best student," he proudly recalls.
