Tshephang "Willz" Motswagae, winner of the latest knockout round of the Hub Music Series, is going to be a motswako artist to be reckoned with.

This was evident from his Bull N Bush performance on Saturday night, during the seventh week of the series, which propelled him into the top five of the show, and nearer to the P10, 000 prize money for the best emcee. Willz, to whom the judges awarded 95 percent overall grade, had gone head-to-head with Karabo "RazKill 99" Mojapoko in three different rounds.

Willz looked the part of the contemporary hip-hop head in saggy skinny jeans and spectacles, and proved, in his crisp Setswana lyrics that he is an emerging king of punch lines. In the first round, in which the two heads were supposed to perform a conscious track, Willz performed a track entitled, Lefatshe. His strengths lie in the fact that he enunciates his words well, and his lyrics tell a story. He is also able to play around with his words, themes and images, an ability that earned him much respect from the hip-hop faithful who had come to watch the show.
