Modioki Gaborone is Miss UB 2012 after beating 16 other contenders vying for the title.

The ever smiling first year Marketing student could not hide her excitement upon being announced the winner.

She told ShowTime that even though she was not sure that she answered the questions right, the feedback that she got from the crowd convinced her otherwise; "I am so happy I don't even know what to say, this is a dream come true for me and am glad my mother was here to witness it," said the 19-year-old.
