Maun music lovers in for a treat

South Africa's most sought-after live performer, Ringo, invades the deltas this Friday in concert with local songsters Dithuso 'DT' Selepeng and Eugene Jackson in a charity show.

The trio perform at the Crocodile Camp on Friday night in what promises to be a thriller.  Show promoter Keith Molapisi of Keith Entertainment and Promotions, confirmed the event saying the Sondela star, Ringo, is bringing along his band.  They arrive in Maun tomorrow.

"The preparations have gone on well and all is set for the show.  We expect Ringo and his band to be in Maun on Thursday.  Every time he comes to Botswana, Ringo never disappointed and we are confident he will do the same in Maun.  Eugene and DT have also been rehearsing intensively and I've no doubt they too will give the fans outstanding performances," Molapisi told Showbiz. Part of the proceeds of the show will be donated to a Maun Day Care Centre, Motse Wa Tsholofelo.
