The competition is meant to build teamwork, motivate workers and sell the organisations whilst at the same time having fun. It is themed, You Are Never Too Old To Dream, meaning there is no age limit as everyone is free to showcase their talent.

The five corporates that managed to make it to the auditions are Botswana Craft Traditional Group, Stepping Stones, PPC National Youth Choir, Cinderella Pre-School, which included the children in the performance, Fikane Pty Ltd Enterprises and Botswana Amateur Arts Festival (BAAF). PPC National Youth Choir opened the launch ceremonies with their melodious voices. The group of mostly Maru-a-Pula students captivated the audience who attentively listened to their sweet voices.
