Locals muted as international music reign

*It was another year of fantastic music that made us crazy but local music makers just could not match the international music flavours that hit our ears and nourished our souls.

The local  rumba maestro resurrected his career with a well crafted album which had a controversial song that coincided with the nationwide public servants' strike. The song, Sephiri se dule became a sort of anthem for the aggrieved workers.

Despite releasing this album, late, late into the year, the super cultural group seems to have won the hearts of cultural music lovers here once again.
