Jojo billed for greatest football spectacle

Jojo's Samba performance is set for June 12 - the day of the official opening of the high-status soccer event and the traditional music diva says she will proudly hoist the country's flag at the global showpiece next June. While the Zebras are already out of contention for a spot at the prestigious event, Jojo is bullish about standing out for her country alongside a host of international artistes at the event.

The company mandated to take care of the music aspect at the official opening ceremony, according to the artiste - Brazilian Centre for Festivals - has confirmed that she is  part of the line-up for the official opening ceremony.Her fairytale international appearances start at the annual Simba Event in Sweden this November and is being organised by the same organisation.She does not intend to change her style to suit her variedly international audience.
