Franco, Tshanda make history in Lobatse, rec park

Rhumba star Franco (Frank Lesokwane) and Dan Tshanda of Splash made history on Saturday night when they performed at Lobatse and Molapowabojang respectively.

For Franco, it was a first in his career to stage a show in Lobatse while for the South African disco ace Tshanda it was the first time that his fans watched him and his groups use a back track for a performance.

Both shows did not attract big crowds probably because both venues are closer to each other.  Franco was at Ozone Club to launch his new album Sephiri Se Dule and although he did not perform to a capacity crowd those in attendance clearly appeared to be having a good time.
