Award-winning Afro-pop ace Eugene Jackson has hailed South African group Splash after a successful tour of Namibia.

The Afro-pop megastar took a supporting slot to the South Africans when they performed in Walvis Bay, Rundu, and Katimamolelo before wrapping up the tour with a performance in Windhoek, the Namibian capital.

Jackson was left admiring Splash of the Peacock fame after one of the shows attracted a seller crowd of 5,000 people. "Splash are huge, I saw it for myself. They are really big. We had 5,000 people in one show and the platform I got performing alongside them was awesome. I was quite excited with the way I performed. Every time I sang the crowd would sing along," said Jackson. He believes last weekend's tour was a good omen. Jackson was performing in Namibia for the first time.
