Eugene, BK Proctor perform at Moshupa joint

The venue was the glamorous newly opened Dladleng Entertainment Centre in Moshupa, but local Hip-hop stars Eugene Jackson and BK Proctor failed to set the place alight as revellers chose to watch soccer and rugby highlights.

The multi-million Pula nightclub is probably the first of its kind in the country, spacious dance hall with a wide stage, a restaurant, a public bar and fully furnished cocktail bar and VIP lounge upstairs. With floors gleaming with ceramic tiles, natural wood tables and stools lining the sides, it is not only an ideal place for one to wind down with friends while listening to live music, but also an inspiring location for any performer.

However, the two stars failed to stamp their authority, nor create the excitement they are known for, at the glittering venue.  Eugene in particular has sizzled crowds with his smooth tunes whenever he performs at various venues around the country and much was therefore, expected of him. Stylish as ever, the young musician climbed up the stage clad in a black pair of jeans, a matching jacket and a white shirt with his neatly plaited hair.
