Eskimos add cool ice to the beat

The cool drinks come in various flavours that appeals to the youths. They have a deal with retail stores such as Choppies, Medsef and Shoppers. However while they are still awaiting a barcaode to enable them to supply the big chain stores at the moment they distribute to Pop In, Super Rrette and Tuck around Gaborone.

Cool Eskimo Ice is available in four flavours-peach and apricot, mango, coco pine and orange. The ice pops entered the local market December last year and the reception has been overwhelming, according to the group's Kabo Mmolawa. "Its thirst that caused us to come up with this innovation, because I remember in very hot days after walking a lot in search of opportunities I would wish to cool myself and I thought some cool Eskimo ice would do," he said.
