EBAT Guest Lodge all set to host Letlhafula

FRANCISTOWN: There is great anticipation that the 5th EBAT Annual Letlhafula and Cultural Cuisine Festival at the picturesque village of Tati Siding on Saturday at EBAT Guest Lodge, will be a great success.

By Monday, EBAT Management were putting finishing touches to preparations for the event that has left goers asking for more.

For the patrons who would be coming to the occasion, they should expect to sample traditional foods like bogobe jwa lerotse (pumpkin porridge), bogobe jwa lebelebele (millet porridge), bogobe jwa mabele (sorghum porridge) the thorny but highly nutritious phane, seswaa sa kgomo (ground beef) and seswaa sa podi (ground goat meat).
