Dr Mickey: the rising House-Kwasa artist on the block

House-kwasa music continues to go in the country and there have been numerous new artists pursuing this genre. Thirty year old Dr Mickey, born Micheal Rankgomo is one of them.

The artist is entering the music industry with great zest and promises that his new album entitled " Sa Baloi" will be a hit. In an interview, Dr Mickey said that he wants to give Batswana quality music, as that will also sell him as an artist.

"My album consists of six tracks. Sa Baloi is a song that talks about witchcraft and 'things that happen in the night'. Shobotla, which means 'dance', is for people of all age groups. It is a happy song that urges people to dance to the rhythm," he told Showbiz.
