Dan Tshanda proteges ready to take the plunge

They have been doing music for some time now, albeit as backing singer and instrumentalist, but Dan Tshanda's proteges Montana Mhlongo and Mpedulo Dandile, are now ready to test the big sea waves on their own.

The two have separately released their own albums, Dandile debuting with Iyamayaya, while Mhlongo has done her second album in many years following the release of her first one nine years ago.

Although her first album lacked that imposing presence that could have left a good first impression, her second project is without doubt a better composition, which should hook up quite a number of admirers.
