Over 150 dignitaries on Friday evening thronged the Maharajah Conference centre to be thrilled by art exhibition by an amazing multitalented wheelchair-bound artist, Apeksha Bijoor, who showcased over 100 pieces of a wide variety that were soon snapped up by art enthusiasts.

The disabled artist's amazing talent was made possible to shine by BancABC who enabled the girl to take her artwork to the public for the first time on Friday. Her works included painting, decoupage, pottery, velvet art, paper quelling and mosaic.

Despite her evident physical challenge Apeksha's zeal for art and creativity defies all her limitations and inspires those who come in contact with her.BancABC managing director Jitto Kurian hoped that they have now opened their doors to talented individuals who have not allowed themselves to wallow in their physical conditions.  "After looking at Apeksha's brilliant collections it was only natural that it deserved an exhibition to showcase her abilities and we are extremely pleased to support this brave and multi-talented artist," said Kurian.
