Are platforms producing the desired results?

Growth is an aspect of life that every individual has to experience at some stage in life. As former United States (US) president John Fitzgerald Kennedy (JFK) once put it, "Conformity is the jailer of freedom and the enemy of growth".

Although he might have said it decades ago, the quote is still relevant in today's society and is speaking directly to our state of the arts in Botswana.  It seems as if artists/performers have confined themselves to lower standards of delivery hence why they haven't explored their freedom to grow and give it their best.
