Thokolosi actor Koapudi 'Frank' Ntjapudi was laid to rest on Saturday in Kanye.

The 58-year-old died on November 19 of asthma complications.  It emerged at the funeral that the actor had a "colourful history" as speakers talked of his various talents, which included playing football and being a referee.

Perhaps the most intriguing speech was by his South African friend George Lesala who told mourners that although he was born in Botswana Ntjapudi spent most of his life in Phiri Mapetla (Soweto, South Africa).
