Acclaimed DJ Goode inspires Botswana's Ms Kels

About seven years ago, local DJ Ms Kels (Keletso Ramputswa) first listened to DJ Roger Goode's album, Saturday Surgery. She immediately fell in love with being a disc jockey.

A year later while studying at the University of Rhodes in Grahamstown, South Africa she joined the campus radio station and also started playing in clubs and parties around the small town. Little did she know that this was the beginning of good things to come.

Ms Kels is one of the most revered local DJs. She has played alongside acclaimed international DJs. Last Thursday, Ms Kels was one of the local Djs who showed big stage temperament against South African Djs among them Euphonik, Black Coffee, Lulo Cafe and Mphonza at the Woza Easter Bash.
