Vee's Pantsula outshines kwasa-house in the new album

He may be famous for his trademark house-kwasa style, but Vee's hits in his latest release, Everybady, is something else - Pantsula songs.

The streets are confirming this. Around the Gaborone Main Mall, street vendors selling Vee's latest album are pumping out Vee's remake of Lazarus kgagodi O tla nchesa ka kwai, titled Nice, in the latest Vee album." It is the same story at the station and the bus rank.

Interestingly, though Vee is at a loss as to why the house-kwaito style is not being felt this time, " People seem to like other songs. I don't know why, we will see as time goes on," he said shortly after the release of the album.
