US Star Graces Women's Day Celebrations

Of the International Women's Day activities held in different parts of Gaborone, perhaps the star-studded one took place at the Maharaja Conference Centre.

It featured notable local artists including one time Botswana Musicians Union (BOMU) award winners Tselakgopo traditional group and upcoming poet, Lesego Nchunga.

The bard did two engaging pieces, which sounded even more appealing by the young guitarist-cum-folklore singer Ntirelang Berman, who strummed along Nchunga's verses, giving the poem a musical touch.
