The project, which will run for three years, has been funded by UNDP to the tune of P300, 000 under the Small Grant Programme of the Global Environmental Facility.
The theme of the project is: Educate, Inform and Sensitise the Public on Environmental Management and Degradation caused by livestock with title "Our Land for Today and Tomorrow". Outlining the objectives of the project at the launch at Mochudi main Kgotla last week, coordinator Ngwao Motheo said: "We want to create a working relationship and networking between the departments of Wildlife, Animal Health and Production and other organisations engaged in efforts to promote environmental conservation."
