Tough bail conditions for alleged conman

The Lobatse High Court has finally granted bail to a local musician, David Tshesebe, who has been charged with swindling members of the public close to P500,000. However, Chief Justice Julian Nganunu has set stringent bail conditions for him.

Tshesebe is alleged to have collected money from some members of the public under pretext that he was going to supply them with vehicles that have been shipped to Durban.

One of the people that he is alleged to have swindled is another musician, Maxy Sedumedi.  Tshesebe was a member of a White City group, Dat Vet Crew, but he has since embarked on a solo career.
