JOHANNESBURG: The guessing, as to who the 12 Big Brother 3 (BBA3) housemates will be, is over as M-Net launched its popular show that keeps many viewers glued to their television screens across Africa.

The weather on Sunday night was just perfect, favouring, the new housemates' glitz and glamorous looks, as they entered the house, which could be their home for the next 91 days. The show, of course, attracted a crowd of BBA enthusiasts, who had been waiting anxiously to see who would be entertaining them in the new season of BBA. As show presenter, Kabelo Ngakane, popularly known as KB, climbed the stage, the crowd went into frenzy, cheering as the moment of truth had finally arrived. First to enter the scene, was Botswana's representative, Tawana Lebale, who stunned many with her comment that she cannot stand women. "I don't hate women, I just can't stand them," loaded words, capable of being misinterpreted.

The 31-year-old microbiologist, and the oldest in the house, however, showed much confidence and came across as not only vocal, but a goal-getter as well. She beamed with confidence, as she entered the house and seemed not to be concerned, nervous or having second thoughts about entering the house. Currently a pastoral farmer, Tawana settled in quickly, jokingly telling the second housemate to enter after her that it was her house because she entered the house first.
