Real Deal Records aims high

A local youth-owned recording company is aiming to take the world by storm. It appears that the sky is the limit for Real Deal Records. The chairman of the company, Tshepo Nthoiwa, said their long-term dream is to become one of the top recording companies in the world.

"Our mission statement is to become a global showbiz power house," he said. He indicated that their first objective was to dominate the local industry within the next two years and conquer Africa in five years' time.  He said they intend to become one of the top recording companies in the world within 15 to 20 years.

Nthoiwa said they have engaged professionals in their company to see to it that their dreams come true.  "We also engaged an accountant to look at our business model," he said and added that the company had managed to raise capital through investors. He pointed out that this is how they were able to raise funds for facilities.  Nthoiwa said they are negotiating with a media company, which intends to make a huge investment in their company.   The media company was amazed how they managed to produce so many artistes without resources.
