Petlo Trust publishes anthology of Batswana writers

An anthology of 12 short stories - Lemon Tea and Other Stories from Botswana - has been published by Petlo Literary Arts Trust.

Edited by well-known author and University of Botswana (UB) lecturer Barolong Seboni, this book is one of the few published anthologies of short stories in Botswana.

It explores themes like love, sexuality, HIV/AIDS and politics of identity and it is a collection of top 10 stories that emerged from the 2006 British Council/ Alexander McCall-Smith Short Story Writing Competition. Two more stories from the  previous winners of the competition, Gothataone Moeng and Priscillah Matara, were also added to this collection.
