A look at Botswana's representative at the soon-to-start Face of Africa, Totwana "Tito" Tema says much about the young woman's character.

Tema certainly has the body and height that meet the M-Net's Face of Africa set standards.

The minimum height requirement for this year's Face of Africa is 1. 72 m, while the maximum hip requirement is 96 cm. The 24-year-old physiotherapist had her moment when she was selected as a finalist from a field of hopefuls who recently thronged the Gaborone International Convention Centre (GICC). But who is Totwana? Firstly, her name, Totwana, refers to one of the most beautifully handcrafted cultural items found in many households in Botswana, either serving as storage for grain like sorghum, vegetables and fruits. Totwana, commonly referred to as Tlatlana in the southern part of the country, can also be used for interior decoration.
