Kuru celebrates 21 years

The Kuru Family of Organisations (KFO), which has brought audiences together for annual fun-filled and educational art festivals is celebrating its 21st anniversary from Sunday until November 21.

The San-owned network is not only the oldest, but also the biggest non-governmental organisation (NGO) in Botswana.

As part of celebrations, KFO will showcase  the history, and a variety of activities the San are involved in, highlighting the San community's achievements as well as the factors that still hinder their full integration into Botswana society.
