Jozi Victims, a young but determined local dance group, is determined to revolutionise the dance industry in Botswana.

The group consists of five active members between the ages of 17 and 21, being Kagiso "Stringo" Keganne, Boitshepo "Cargo" Motlhaba, Tshepo Kenosi, Casma "Chavo" Wadikgosi and Thataone Simeon. The dancers, who won the My African Dream (MAD) 2009 senior category by viewer's choice, say that they want to open a dancing academy where dancers will get together and share skills whilst imparting skills to dance enthusiasts.

They said in Botswana musicians are given more priority than dancers, which is not fair because both talents fall under arts. They said that they believe dance is like every other art and deserves a better deal. They took a swipe at fraudsters and sponsors who hire artists but disappear without paying them for services rendered.
