At the many album launches that were held at various venues around the country, people seemed more fascinated by those who appeared on stage with guitars and pianos, though they might not be their favourite artistes.International musicians tend to favour the idea of instruments on stage while locals seem to prefer mimicking with a CD playing in the background.

It is mainly those in the rhumba and jazz genres who normally bring their drums, pipe, guitars, keyboards and packer shines onto the stage.
