Franco blames musos for dull show

Rumba king Franco (Frank Lesokwane) yesterday lashed out at local musicians who disappointed by turning up late at his DVD launch at Zebras club over the weekend.

Franco  says it  pained him  when no supporting acts turned up for the day activities, only to pitch up  late at around 1:30am. Franco is also unhappy that failure by the supporting acts to show up on time affected his profits.

He blamed drunkenness for the late coming of the musicians. "I can only guess that they drank, and drank. Most of our musicians prefer to go on stage after  a drinking spree. I never turn up late for other musicians' album launches," Franco said.
